Originally from Mexico, Bianca Marroquín made her Broadway debut in 2002 with this role. She is thrilled to come home to her Chicago family after completing a successful year-long engagement headlining the Mexico City premiere of Disney’s Mary Poppins. Amra-Faye Wright has played this role worldwide since 2001, and on Broadway and the West End since 2005, including both 10th Anniv. productions, and in Japan in Japanese. DONNA MARIE ASBURY (June)

Donna Marie made her B'way debut at age 11 in the revival of Gypsy starring Angela Lansbury. Next she played Terry Turner in the Stephen Sondheim/Harold Prince musical Merrily We Roll Along. At age 19, Ms. Asbury was chosen by Mr. Prince to portray Eva Peron in the national tour of Evita (the youngest actress ever to perform the role). Other B'way: Smile, Jerome Robbins' Broadway.
